As the first play centre in the Melbourne district, Tickity Boo is committed to providing an exceptional family friendly environment.  We continue to provide outstanding customer service at very competitive prices in a clean and safe centre.

To ensure the Tickity Boo experience is fun for all, we ask your cooperation in respecting all our guests and equipment.

We do our best to provide a safe environment however;

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

Children must be directed to use the equipment as per manufacturer’s guidelines.

Please direct any questions you have pursuant to the ingredients of food products to our staff members. Your child’s health and well being is our top priority and we are happy to work with you in ensuring that individual dietary needs are facilitated.  Centre management does not guarantee a “hypo allergenic” or “risk free” environment however our team will always be happy to answer any queries.

Please also note that in accordance with our guidelines patrons are not permitted to consume food not sold on premises while inside our centre.
